The Wound Care Registered Nurse will be joining a growing family of healthcare professionals looking to strengthen the health of the community, one patient at a time. The Wound Care Registered Nurse will specialize in treating the most complex non-healing wounds. This service line provides care for wounds resulting from burns, diabetes, osteomyelitis, ostomy care and support, pressure sores, and wounds of arterial, venous, or lymphatic origin.
Under the supervision of the Nurse Supervisor, the Wound Care Registered Nurse will be responsible for Managing and Coordinating the multidisciplinary skin management program as well as provide patient care with an ostomy, wound, or skin care need. Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of nursing is required with current state nursing licensure.
