NOW ACCEPTING 2023 SLP- CLINICAL FELLOWS. Multiple Locations and Specialities
The Clinical Fellow - SLP will provide direct patient care for assessing and treating communication (i.e., speech/language), oral motor, and feeding/swallowing disorders: administering department and program functions; supervising maintaining documentation relative to services offered: and participation in intra and interdisciplinary training programs.
EDUCATION:
Successful completion of a Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology, with related clinical requirements.
Must possess and maintain Speech-Language Pathologist - Limited License through the Maryland Board of Audiologists, Hearing Aid Dispensers and Speech Language Pathologists.
Must follow American Speech-Language and Audiology (ASHA) guidelines for completion of Clinical Fellowship Year.
EXPERIENCE:
Additional course work or training in pediatric feeding/swallowing or communication disorders is beneficial.
