Senior Nurse Supervisor

The Senior Nurse Supervisor is responsible for providing compassionate care to patients and families, while also supporting and guiding colleagues in delivering high-quality care. This role involves implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments and procedures, and documenting patient care. Additionally, the Senior Nurse Supervisor assesses patient needs, evaluates care responses, and collaborates with the nursing team to create comprehensive care plans. The role may also involve providing primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, as well as ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
