The Senior Clinical Nurse plays a vital role in providing compassionate care to patients and collaborating with the nursing team to ensure excellent patient outcomes. Responsibilities include implementing physician orders, administering medications, evaluating diagnostic tests, and creating comprehensive care plans. The ideal candidate should possess a nursing degree, a current RN license, and 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
