Senior Clinical Nurse

The Senior Clinical Nurse contributes to creating a compassionate and caring environment for patients, families, and colleagues through kindness and active listening. They implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments and procedures, and document treatments as required by company policy and regulations. This role also involves assessing patient needs and responses to care, providing primary and emergency care, and collaborating with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for patients. Additionally, the Senior Clinical Nurse directs ancillary personnel and maintains professional nursing standards.
