The Registered Nurse II contributes to a compassionate and caring environment for patients, families, and colleagues through kindness and active listening. Emphasizing the value of each team member's work, they implement physician orders, administer medications, and evaluate patient responses. This role requires sound nursing judgment and collaboration with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for all patients.

• Hourly Min= $34.65
• Hourly Max= $35.69
• Implements physician orders, administers medications, and starts IVs
• Evaluates diagnostic tests and patient responses to care
• Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses
• Collaborates with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for patients
• Directs and guides ancillary personnel
