The Nurse Educator will be responsible for the management of the education and training programs of the Surgical Services Department. Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Assessing organizational, staff, and management educational needs
- Planning, implementing, and evaluating continuing education, in-service, and training programs
- Interacting with departmental leadership to respond to identified learning needs
The ideal candidate will have their BSN, a current RN license to practice in the State of Georgia and a minimum of 3 years in staff development/ in-service training and education.
