A fully accredited behavioral health hospital located in central New Jersey is currently searching for an experienced Nurse Manager Adolescent Behavioral Health to join their award-winning team.

The Nurse Manager will join an Adolescent Behavioral Health service line that provides inpatient, residential, and education services to patients between the ages of 13-18. This service line cares for adolescents and teens who are experience acute psychiatric and/or dual diagnosis disorders and those who may need crisis stabilization. Reporting to the Vice President of Nursing, the Nurse Manager will lead the daily clinical and administrative operations of the service line. The Nurse Manager is directly responsible for leading the department staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, maintain regulatory compliance with all governing bodies, oversee the department fiscal budget, and lead the strategic vision of the service line.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing BSN
- Current Registered Nurse RN license
- 3-5 years progressive experience in behavioral health with a focus on adolescent and teen patient populations
- Prior leadership experience highly preferred
