Night Sanitation Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Night Sanitation Technician who can work independently to ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of our restaurant facilities. This vital role involves a range of duties focused on keeping our establishment in top condition at the end of each business day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform major cleaning of the interior of the restaurant, including floors, walls, ceilings, and windows.
• Dismantle, clean, sanitize, and reassemble various cooking equipment such as broilers, fryers, and hood filters.
• Change grease in fryers and ensure all kitchen surfaces are sanitized.
• Observe and enforce safety and security procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience in cleaning and maintenance of restaurant facilities and equipment is desirable.
• Ability to work unsupervised during night shifts.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening is required.
