The Neuroprogressive Care Clinical Nurse II plays a vital role in providing compassionate care to patients and their families. This position involves implementing physician orders, administering medications, conducting treatments and procedures, and collaborating with the nursing team to create a comprehensive plan of care for patients.

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, and perform treatments
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests
• Assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to care
• Provide primary and emergency care for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses
• Collaborate with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for all patients
• Guide ancillary personnel and maintain professional nursing standards
