JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for driving process innovation by modeling, documenting, analyzing, designing and overseeing the implementation of all Go to Market process improvement opportunities for Spectrum Stores. The Store Operations Manager is responsible for examining existing processes, evaluating them within the context of organizational goals, and proposing changes or enhancements to help achieve standardization and optimization of performance throughout the organization.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.

Supports the Dir, Program Management with the strategic implementation of all new offers and incentives to drive sales performance improvement in our Spectrum Stores. Primary responsibilities include the coordination and communication of the new offer management program designed to target and drive improved sales performance for the acquisition and retention of Residential and SMB customers. Key focus areas include: business process improvements to enhance the employee and customer experiences, increase sales and revenue, reduce cost, improve productivity, decrease errors, increase efficiency and improve the strategic implementation of all new initiatives as a key member of the Store Operations Go to Market team. Identifies opportunities to automate business processes and partners with cross functional and sales leadership teams to consistently enhance the new offers and incentive programs.

Develops project plans from beginning to end; defines project scope, goals and deliverables that support business strategies in collaboration with senior management.

Plans, schedules and tracks project timelines, milestones and deliverables using appropriate tools.

Effectively communicates project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.

Utilizes internal ticketing and approval processes, and participates in project/initiative planning and development meetings.

Supports Spectrum Stores in implementation, maintenance and enhancement of processes; supports systems and work tools.

Partners with business leadership and personnel from other functional groups to support company and global initiatives.

Manages the establishment and implementation of leading edge business process practices and process modeling tools to analyze, design and document business processes and standards.

Gathers, refines and validates complex business requirements, interdependencies, potential risks and issues related to the transition.

Facilitates communication and gains commitment between acquired business units and stakeholders to align processes and solutions with business strategies.

Performs other duties as requested by management.

Required Education
Bachelor's Degree or related field or equivalent

Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
Demonstrated project management experience - 5+
Business process management experience - 3+
Technical and business work experience - 7+
