An award-winning critical access hospital located in northern New Hampshire is currently searching for an experienced Manager of Patient Financial Access to join their accredited healthcare organization.

Reporting to the System Manager of Finance, the Manager of Patient Financial Access will lead the development, management, and ongoing success of the department. The Manager will ensure that the overall patient experience remains positive and breeds optimum financial outcomes. The Manager will utilize prior Patient Access experience to serve as a mentor and subject matter expert within the department, manage multiple projects simultaneously, communicate clearly amongst multiple teams, analyze data, utilization of application systems, and all other duties as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Certified Healthcare Access Manager (CHAM) certification required
- Certifications must be renewed every two (2) years
- Prior Patient Access leadership experience required
