The Inpatient Behavioral Health RN Director will have the wonderful opportunity to oversee and direct all operations for two units, totaling approximately 50 beds. Reporting directly to the Chief Nursing Officer CNO, the Nurse Director Inpatient Behavioral Health will manage staff to provide outstanding patient care to both adult and geriatric patient populations. The RN Director will demonstrate a strong background in Behavioral Health regulatory guidelines and the Florida Baker Act.
Requirements for this role include:
- 5+ years of nursing management experience within an inpatient setting
- Recent experience in an inpatient behavioral health services environment
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
- Master's degree in nursing or healthcare field highly preferred
