Responsibilities and Expectations

• Conduct one-on-one and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons directly with clients according to your availability.
• Travel safely to and from client pool locations.
• Create customized lesson plans based on each student’s ability and learning style.
• Monitor skills, track progress, and adapt lessons as needed.
• Provide a fun and engaging learning experience.
• Ensure student safety at all times.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in swim instruction, coaching, or water safety.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or a commitment to obtain them before accepting clients).
• Reliable transportation.
• Personal swim instruction equipment (kickboards, toys, etc.).
• Must be based in the US and have work authorization.
• A professional, positive attitude when interacting with children and adults.
• Ability to design and implement tailored lesson plans.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
