The Healthcare System Director of Radiology reports to the Vice President of Operations and will join this professional, multi-disciplinary team of over 65+ employees. The Director will provide effective leadership to staff to achieve long- and short-term department goals and objectives in alignment with the organization's vision and business strategies. In addition, the Healthcare System Director of Radiology will engage with other key decision-makers and leaders within the organization to ensure successful programs and policies relating to Radiology; working with Information Services, consultants, and/or vendors concerning radiological systems and equipment; formulating and defining department budgets; providing input on department policies and procedures; and performing managerial duties to direct reports.
The Healthcare System Director of Radiology must have 5-7 years of general radiological experience along with previous senior-level leadership. A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or Healthcare Management is required along with ARRT and MD BPQA license.
