As LivePerson's Field Marketing Manager - ANZ, you will be responsible for supporting the regional strategy and independently executing field marketing campaigns intended to drive new customer growth in the Australia and New Zealand market.
You will help develop and deliver on the ANZ marketing strategy which will require you to be aligned with the overarching global marketing strategy, product roadmaps, business priorities and LivePerson's vision.
Reporting to the Marketing Director - APAC, you will work closely with the field marketing team and manage out-of-the-box account-based marketing efforts to accelerate opportunities for the sales teams to close.
This will largely include collaborating with key stakeholders to plan, coordinate, promote and execute virtual and in-person events.
You will have the opportunity to be part of a nimble, highly impactful team and help drive the adoption of Conversational AI and messaging among the world's largest brands including retailers, telcos, banks, airlines and more - it's impressive!
In this role you will: Drive the execution of ANZ field marketing programs Lead events end-to-end to ensure their success and ultimately ROI Work with top customer advocates and other key stakeholders to develop valuable content including case studies, testimonials, articles etc. Regularly collaborate with ANZ sales leaders and client partners to drive account-based marketing efforts to support sales opportunities to close Adhere to regional budget and create data-driven program insights to analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and determine ROI Prioritize effectively in a quickly changing and ambiguous environment
Your qualifications are: 5+ years of experience in marketing within ANZ and ideally in a field marketing capacity Experience in executing Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies Proficiency with Salesforce and marketing automation systems/tools such as Marketo and Outreach would be advantageous Ability to report on and analyze program metrics and ROI Strong content writing skills and excellent attention to detail Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced and results-driven environment Highly organized, ideas-driven and commercially-minded Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Bachelor degree in business, marketing, or related field
