Fast Food Restaurant Manager

The Phoenix Organization operates Denny's, Taco Bell, and Burger King restaurants. We are excited to announce that we are hiring Managers for several restaurants in the region! Responsibilities:

• Oversee restaurant operations and manage staff effectively.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality products in a clean, professional, and safe environment.
• Maintain financial controls and monitor day-to-day operations.
• Create and manage employee schedules.
• Conduct interviews, hire, train, and provide performance feedback to staff.
• Enforce proper food handling and equipment maintenance standards.
• Foster a fun and family-friendly atmosphere within the restaurant.
• Opportunities available for various management roles, including shift managers, assistant managers, and general managers.

Qualifications:

• Previous successful experience in fast food restaurant management is highly preferred.
• Proven skills in coaching, training, customer service, organization, and planning.
• Track record of achieving sales and profit goals.
• A college degree or equivalent experience in operations, along with 2 years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry, or a combination of education and experience.
