Experienced Surgical Nurse

Department/Unit: General Surgery/Trauma-B3

Work Shift: Night

The Experienced Surgical Nurse contributes to a compassionate and caring environment for patients, families, and colleagues through displays of kindness and active listening. They implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments and procedures, and document treatment as required by company policy and regulations. The role also involves assessing and evaluating patient needs, providing primary and emergency care, collaborating with the nursing team, and guiding ancillary personnel.
