The Nurse Manager will work within an acute care hospital system that provides advanced services such as open-heart surgery, specialized cancer treatments, emergency and trauma care, cardiac and vascular care, neurosurgery, perioperative services, women's health, pediatrics, and much more. Reporting to the Nurse Director, the Nurse Manager will lead all clinical and administrative operations of the Dialysis unit. The Nurse Manager is directly responsible for the unit personnel management, hiring and educating of new and existing staff, ensures regulatory readiness with all governing bodies, guarantees high levels of quality patient care, and manages the cost containment of the unit. The Nurse Manager will serve on the executive leadership team and represent the Dialysis unit and team within various committees and boards.
- Graduate of an approved nursing program
- RN state licensure or ability to attain
- Prior leadership experience in a similar setting
