Clinical Nurse I - Float Pool

Work Shift: Float Pool_5_Day

The Clinical Nurse I in the Float Pool contributes to creating a compassionate and caring environment for patients, families, and colleagues. This role involves implementing physician orders, administering medications, conducting treatments and procedures, and documenting treatment as required. Additionally, the nurse assesses patient needs, evaluates care responses, provides primary and emergency care, and collaborates with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for all patients. The Clinical Nurse I also directs and guides ancillary personnel and maintains professional nursing standards. This role may require access to sensitive information and workforce members are expected to ensure its protection.
