The Chemistry Medical Laboratory Technologist will join a highly advanced clinical team and will work in depth with an innovative group of nurses, high quality diagnostic and ancillary services, and a broad array of sophisticated equipment technology. The Chemistry Medical Laboratory Technologist will work in a medical laboratory setting that provides quick and accurate testing when patients need it most. The Laboratory services in total include hematology, chemistry, anatomical pathology, microbiology, blood bank, and reference department.
The Chemistry Medical Laboratory Technologist will work to accurately perform, circulate, and report selected laboratory tests and will maintain oversight of laboratory equipment. The Medical Laboratory Technologist will work as a general technologist within the Chemistry department and will be involved in multiple departments throughout the hospital. The ideal candidate for this position will be able to work in both independent and team environments and should maintain a level of professionalism no matter where they work. The Chemistry Medical Laboratory Technologist will report directly to the Supervisor and Manager of the Hematology department.
