The CTEL team supports the activated treatment centers and the treatment center coordinators who care for cancer patients. The Senior Manager CAR T Cell Therapy Experience Lead is a member of this account management team reporting to the CTEL District Manager. The role will serve as the primary field based point of contact for a portfolio of certified CARVYKTI® treatment centers, working closely with stakeholders to improve operational efficiencies and maximize patient access to CARVYKTI. You will facilitate successful CARVYKTI® product utilization, advising on order management, operations, and logistics; and drive growth through promotional message delivery and coordination of expansion activities (e.g., satellite capabilities or outpatient clinics). In this capacity, you will be the face of Johnson & Johnson Oncology CAR T utilization at these sites. A Day in the Life For certified treatment centers, you will be the single point of contact for all items related to operations for their CARVYKTI® program. You will help advance their success by triaging day to day logistics and issue resolution, and by advising them on opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency, while providing operational education. You will work closely with a matrix team consisting of sales, order specialists, medical, field reimbursement, supply chain, manufacturing, and more. Detailed Responsibilities (but Are Not Limited To) Serve as a lateral leader with multiple teams for operational account management, addressing site specific issues and pursuing improvement opportunities for CARVYKTI® order management/logistics, including site expansion. Provide subject matter expertise for CAR T operations and logistics, offering counsel on topics ranging from technology utilization to process optimization. Apply a patient centric approach to effectively align cross functional partners through regular participation in matrix calls, bringing the best possible outcomes for patients and customers. Facilitate ongoing education engagements aimed at improving CAR T operations/logistics and CARVYKTI® order management systems, and provide content on out of spec general information and CARVYKTI value information. Gather data and insight through onsite observations and system generated data, proactively advising the facility on opportunities to improve utilization and efficiency around CARVYKTI® therapy. Act as administrative and reporting manager for other team members (Player Coach). Attend plan of action meetings with the customer as requested. Qualifications Education and Work Experience Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the healthcare industry, with at least one of the following areas required: 5+ years of demonstrated success in field sales/sales leadership. Field based large account management (KAM/KAS experience). Program administration in oncology, bone marrow transplant, CAR T, infusion site, or cell & gene therapy treatment center certification and activation. RN license or advanced practice degree (NP/PA/PharmD/MSN). Excellent oral and written communication skills, including conflict resolution and conflict defusal. Relationship building with a history of forging strong, productive connections with diverse customers and colleagues. Project and process management skills for overseeing complex projects and operational procedures. Collaboration skills to coordinate activities and build partnerships across multiple internal/external organizations. Resourcefulness, using personal knowledge and available resources to resolve problems and ensure customer satisfaction. Accountability with excellent case management skills and proactive ownership of customer inquiries. Flexibility to dynamically adjust priorities and operate in complex environments. Travel The position covers the East Coast of the US with up to 70% domestic travel, potentially including overnight stays. Employment Details The potential base pay range for this role is $157,000 - $177,000 annually. Actual base pay may vary based on qualifications, location, and/or schedule.
