Deliver a range of hair services including haircuts, color treatments, styling, and much more, ensuring an average sale of $800 per week through exceptional guest service. - Analyze business trends and identify opportunities for growth through informed guest interactions.
- Execute product demonstrations and engage in store events and promotions, enhancing the overall guest experience.
- Stay informed about current beauty trends and products for effective guest engagement.
- Ensure regular and prompt attendance.

Build and nurture guest relationships through personalized consultations and recommendations. - Maintain high standards of customer service and salon presentation.
- Serve all guests promptly and efficiently, including walk-ins.
- Collaborate with skin therapists and retail team members for a holistic guest experience.
- Promote our guest loyalty program and assist guests with its benefits.
- Engage in professional development through mandatory training sessions.
- Process
Ensure compliance with company policies and state guidelines regarding safety and hygiene. - Follow established service protocols to provide a consistent guest experience.
- Utilize booking systems effectively to manage return services.
- Communicate supply needs to your team for optimal guest readiness.
- Maintain store cleanliness and present a professional image at all times.
- Safeguard company assets by adhering to loss prevention practices.
- Execute additional operational tasks as needed.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Education:
Must possess a valid cosmetology license. - Experience:
Prior salon experience is preferred. - Skills:
Proficient in the latest salon techniques and product recommendations, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
SPECIAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
WORKING CONDITIONS
This role involves frequent mobility and standing for extended periods, along with lifting and physical coordination during shifts.
