What you’ll be doing:

• Bringing a positive attitude to work and ensuring guests leave happy.
• Collaborating with coworkers in a lively, fast-paced environment.
• Taking pride in your work and the Dunkin' experience we provide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in training and supervising team members.
• Support management with weekly reports, safety assessments, and record maintenance.
• Ensure every customer is served with courtesy, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Prepare food and beverages following Dunkin' specifications.
• Undertake additional projects or tasks as directed by management.

What You Need:

• 6+ months of experience in quick service retail, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Willingness to get certified in all necessary courses.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build respectful relationships with teammates and customers.
• Must meet health department requirements concerning communicable diseases.
• Able to work well with diverse groups and under pressure.

Job Requirements:

• Must be flexible to work long hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Be open to advancing in your career and taking on management roles in new locations.
• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours), reach above shoulder level, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds with assistance.
