The Advanced Practice Provider Sleep Medicine will join an award-winning polysomnography department that is nationally accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. Reporting to the Medical Director, the Advanced Practice Provider Sleep Medicine will provide direct patient care, work collaboratively with the certified sleep educators, evaluates outcomes of patient care regimens, maintains patients records, provides preventative healthcare services to patients and provides referrals as needed.
- Master's degree in Nursing or an approved Physician Assistant program
- Licensed in the state of Vermont as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, or ability to obtain state licensure upon hire
- ACLS, TNCC, PALS, ENPC certifications highly preferred
